Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges
All refunds, exchanges and cancellation fees will be quoted by your agent at the time of
purchase. Refunds are subject to the agency's professional fees and will vary depending on
the airline. If you are unclear about the above points, we recommend that you call your
agent immediately.
Refunds from airlines, tour companies, cruise lines and hotels will be made to our customers
only after we have received the money from these sources.
